What the £79 check does, and does not, cover

A basic fixed-fee desktop review for a straightforward single-site contract: current contract and specification, maintenance schedule, stated frequencies and responsibilities, obvious gaps or ambiguous wording, and annual value in context. You receive a concise findings summary and a 30-minute call.

It does not include a site visit, verification of work actually delivered, a rewritten specification, a tender exercise, formal legal advice, regulated procurement sign-off or specialist tree, ecological or structural surveys. Savings are not guaranteed. We confirm document volume, complexity and suitability for the basic review before instruction. Complex or multi-site arrangements and work beyond these deliverables need a separate written quotation. Any additional work and associated costs must be agreed before proceeding; they are not automatically added to the £79 review.

No payment is taken by this form. Scope and the fixed £79 fee are confirmed before work starts. If you proceed to a Grounds MOT within 30 days, the £79 fee is credited against it.

A standard turnaround, VAT treatment and travel-expense policy have not yet been published. Confirm the delivery date and total payable, including any applicable VAT, in writing before instruction; the desktop check itself has no site visit.

When will I receive a confirmed fee?

Can additional work increase the cost?

Only if you agree the additional scope and associated costs before we proceed. We do not treat a starting price as a universal fee, or automatically add work outside the fixed £79 basic review.
